SINOBRAS stands out for its investments and social actions, both for the internal public and for society through the Instituto Aço Cearense, responsible for putting into practice actions to provide opportunities for transformation and social inclusion based on education, culture, sport and entrepreneurship of the Aço Cearense Group.
Through the Instituto Aço Cearense, several institutions in Marabá are benefited: the Association of Parents and Friends of the Exceptional (APAE), the São Francisco de Assis Educating Association, the Hozana Lopes Institute, Lar São Vicente de Paulo, the Dance Company Yaguara, the Marabá Autistic Friends and Parents Association (AMA), the Child and Adolescent Assistance Foundation (FUNCAD), the Águia Futebol Clube and the Marabá Zoobotany Foundation. In addition to the institutions, the Institute also supports collaborators of the Cearense Steel Group companies that excel in sports and carries out campaigns with various solidarity actions, such as collecting clothes, personal hygiene products, food and toys.
