SINOBRAS receives institutional visit from the Brazilian Army

In order to strengthen institutional relations, SINOBRAS – Siderúrgica Norte Brasil SA received a visit, on the morning of last Wednesday (02/10), from an army delegation, represented by the Commander and the Chief of Staff of the 23rd Jungle Infantry Brigade, General Moretto and Colonel Geraldo.

The military was received by the industrial director, Milton Lima, and the steelmaking manager, Alexandre Mendonça. The good relationship between SINOBRAS and the Brazilian Army is already part of a partnership built throughout the history of the steel industry and has been strengthening over the years, as one of the hosts explains. “We support the army in various operations, such as destroying seized weapons, incinerating the weapons in the Electric Furnace of the steelworks. We also receive support whenever possible, as it happens in our Steel Race. It is a huge satisfaction to have you as our partner and to be able to collaborate for the good of society ”, says Milton Lima.
