Promoted by the Brazil Steel Institute, the Brazilian Steel Congress, which ended last week in São Paulo, was attended by the SINOBRAS board of directors and executives and specialists in steelmaking in Brazil and abroad. This was the 25th edition of the Congress and during the event, subjects such as technology, market and steel production were discussed.
Representing SINOBRAS and Pará, the president of Siderúrgica Vilmar Ferreira participated in the Congress; the vice president, Ian Corrêa and the company’s Sustainability Director, Clayton Labes. Instituto Aço Brasil brings together and represents the country’s steel industries.
