The title was granted at yesterday evening, the 30th, in Belém, during the award ceremony for the result of the Pleasure in Work Survey, promoted by Gestor Consultoria, in partnership with the Diário do Pará newspaper, which recognizes paraense companies with the Best People Management Practices .
SINOBRAS was ranked first among the 15 finalists, ahead of companies such as Big Ben pharmacies, Belém Beneficente Laboratory, Três Corações Foods, Endicon Engineering and Leolar. Siderúrgica also received the Inovare Award, in recognition of the innovative projects developed by the company in the HR area, in this case the Educational Project, which benefits the children of school-age employees for their performance in the school year. In his speech of thanks, Ian Corrêa, Vice President of SINOBRAS said: “We can invest in equipment and technology, but the biggest reason for our pride is the team we are forming. Since the installation of SINOBRAS in Marabá, we have always valued local professionals, which is why we prioritize the hiring of employees in the region, which today total more than 80%, because Pará is a strong state and this fortress is reflected in its people ”.
