The Companhia de Dança Yaguara promotes until today (01/30) the Classical Ballet Vacation Course, at the headquarters of the Companhia de Dança Folha (Nº.28, Qd.39, lote 01B). Objective is to expand the knowledge of dancers who work in the city of Marabá. In addition to the dancers of Yaguara, other dance companies also participate in the training.
The course is taught by Raffael Carvalho, professor and choreographer at Flavia Homobono Dance School (MA), trained in Cuban ballet, and aims at training the dancers of Marabá and exchanging experience between them.
For Cláudio Roberto, director and choreographer of Companhia Yaguara, Marabá has a good audience for this type of event. “We have a large audience, such as private schools with ballet teachers, in addition to the other dance groups. We are investing to improve dance in the city and this is possible through the support of SINOBRAS, our official sponsor ”, he said.
