Commit the development and well-being of its employees, SINOBRAS has projects such as:

Family Project in the Company

Its purpose is to promote the integration and proximity between the families of the employees and the company through visits in which the industrial facilities and the work environment of the employees are presented. The project has been carried out since 2009 and in 2019 had the participation of more than 95 family members.

Educational Project

The aim of this project, which has been carried out since 2012, is to raise the awareness of the employees’ children about the importance and value of education during the school period, rewarding those who have obtained a general final grade average of 8.0 in the school year, to the 9th grade) or in high school, in public or private schools.

Young Apprentice Program

According to the Law of Learning nº 10.097 / 2000, SINOBRAS currently has 50 Young Apprentices working in the various areas of the company. In addition to the opportunity of the first job, the steelmaker also offers a training program, AprendizAço, through which it promotes meetings aimed at professional development and the improvement of young people at the beginning of their careers. More than 340 young people have already passed the program in the company.

Inclusion Project for People with Disabilities

By inserting people with disabilities into the labor market, SINOBRAS is not only offering a job, but also contributing to the social and psychological rehabilitation of these people. Today, 60 PcD professionals occupy their positions.

Employment and Income Generation

Currently, SINOBRAS employs around 1,300 people and generates 16,700 indirect jobs, contributing to the economic flow and income generation.
