It happened yesterday (26), in the SINOBRAS Auditorium, obeying all security protocols, the WarmUp “heating” of QualificAço – Program for the Development of Planners and Analysts of Methods and Processes.
The event was attended by Milton Lima, Industrial Director, and Cinthia Cavalcanti, Director of Organizational Development and IT, who reinforced Grupo Aço Cearense’s commitment to the development of its employees.
Launched in January this year, the program needed to be suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic and is now being resumed in digital format, maintaining and reinforcing the purpose of continuing education and qualification.
“QualificAço is based on the proposal of continuous learning. Combining theory and practice, our employees will have the opportunity to get to know and learn about all the stages of our production, thus having a broader view of our business ”, explains the Human Resources Internal Consultant at SINOBRAS, Admilson Rocha.
