The Vamos Together project is an initiative of the Aço Cearense Group to encourage a solidary ride among employees. The idea is to promote the shared or alternating use of a private car by two or more people, to travel together during the commute to work.

What are the benefits of participating in the project?

“Vamos Juntos proposal is to help the integration of employees who, many times, live very close or use a similar path and sometimes did not even know. We will make this bridge between people, facilitating connections. We believe that the initiative will help not only those who use public transport, but also those who use their own vehicle and end up having the chance to make new friends. At this time of pandemic, the project is even more important because some employees can avoid the crowds of public transport ”, comments Eliana Freitas, Human Resources Coordinator and project manager.

We remind you that due to the pandemic, it is essential that all employees remain wearing the mask inside the car and keep their distance. Another suggestion is not to use air conditioning, giving preference to walking with the windows down.
