The event was attended by company directors and managers, as well as project professors. The ceremony was held at Aço Cearense Industrial.
Employee Renato Ferreira Lima, the group’s speaker, reinforced the importance of commemorating the achievement, marked by the confrontation of a series of obstacles to the completion of studies. “Our journey here has not been an easy one. We encountered many difficulties and problems that often made us think about giving up. But we did it. Our life is an eternal journey and the reward is what motivates us to move forward,” said the employee.
Grupo Aço Cearense always seeks to maintain a talented, committed and fulfilled team. To do this, it invests in training its employees through initiatives such as EducaAço. Since 2013, the year the Group implemented the project, 418 students have benefited from student training, both in Elementary and High School.
