On Friday (11), Ian Corrêa, Vice President of Operations of the Aço Cearense Group, spoke about management in family businesses in the Executive Chat, promoted by the consulting company Marília Fiuza Coaching, at the Holiday Inn Hotel.
The meeting had the purpose of sharing experiences and discussing opinions with businessmen, leaders, coaches and professionals who seek excellence and continuous improvement in their actions.
