With the arrival of the pandemic, the integration of new employees also became a challenge for the HR of the Aço Cearense Group. The moment is important for welcoming new employees, giving them the opportunity to get to know the company better, the main benefits, procedures in the areas and work safety standards.
In order for employees hired during the period of isolation or gradual resumption to feel welcomed by the company, integration has been carried out remotely, by video call through the Skype and Microsoft Teams platforms.
For the new employee of Aço Cearense Comercial, Monik Oliveira: “It was a moment of great learning. We were able to absorb all the knowledge that the professionals passed through the video call. This method was different and innovative. I can say that it was also dynamic, as there were moments of interaction between professionals in the areas and us who were in the integration process. ”
