The athlete sponsored by the Cearense Steel Institute, Jonathan Benvindo, won, on 09/10, the fight that placed him in the first place of the podium of the Brazilian Karate Championship, in the Junior category -55 kg. Jonathan, who had been a champion in 2017, now carries the title of double Brazilian champion. The athlete from Ceará continues in Belo Horizonte, where the competition takes place, to participate in the next weekend of the Brazilian Student Championship.
