On the last 25th, Ian Corrêa, Vice President of Operations of the Aço Cearense Group, attended the Online Meeting of the Senior Group, composed of Directors from companies in the Northeast. The webinar counted on the registration of almost 200 executives, interested in honoring the virtual event through the Zoom platform.
At the moment, Annette de Castro, CEO of Mallory and Elias Leite, President of Unimed Fortaleza, were also present, sharing and debating their management experiences, considering all the Challenges and Strategies in the pandemic scenario. The mediation was carried out by the executive director of Camarmo Consultoria, Carlos Mororó.
Ian Corrêa, spoke during the meeting about the importance of adaptation: “We have been working since the beginning of the pandemic with 3 pillars: survival, support and resumption. Our actions were taken, based on our priority focus: taking care of our employees and their families, seeking to protect the health of each one and offering support, not stopping our operations, taking care that our customers could also go through this moment and that all this situation would pass and we would come out stronger. We created a Crisis Committee to decide and monitor daily all the necessary measures to face this moment. We use active communication with our employees and customers, reporting with transparency the actions and decisions taken. And in this moment of recovery, we are reformulating our strategy and processes to adapt our operations to this “new normal”.
