The Covid-19 pandemic has made people more receptive to the use of technologies and investing in digital tools has become a key issue for companies at this time. The observation is made by the IT manager of the Aço Cearense Group, Vinicius Amanajás, who participated in the Live 50 CIOs, promoted by Netglobe, this Tuesday (7), telling a little of the company’s experience in recent months.
Vinícius presented the case of the Aço Cearense Group, which has companies in Ceará and also in Pará and Tocantins, where SINOBRAS and SINOBRAS FLORESTAL are located. With geographically distant companies, the Group invests in technology to bring it ever closer and serve customers, suppliers and employees with excellence. “We were already working very positively on our technology, so much so that this year we won the SAP Innovation Awards 2020 with a project aimed at developing budget solutions, after competing with projects from around the world. We are focused on making the best use of technology to our advantage and that of our customers, and this has become even more evident and necessary now with the pandemic ”, said Vinícius.
In addition to the Aço Cearense Group, the cases of Avon, Electrolux, Lenovo and GRSA were also presented.
