The Aço Cearense Group received two visits to its companies on the morning of the 26th and 27th of September. The aim was to provide students with a technical view of their future professions.
On the 26th, representatives from the HR and SESMT areas presented Aço Cearense Industrial to 9 students from the HR – Workers’ Safety and Health course at Centro Universitário – Unifametro. On the 27th, Ronaldo Brito (Environmental Technician) received at SINOBRAS 20 students from the Technical course in Electromechanics, from the Vale dos Carajás Technical School.
Isaac Oliveira, a student in the Human Resources course – Unifametro, said that the visit was a unique experience. “It was a pleasure to be able to spend this morning at Aço Cearense Industrial. Thanks to all the professionals involved for providing us with this enriching moment ”.
The teacher of the Technical course in Electromechanics at the Technical School Vale dos Carajás, Stephannye Lemos, explained the importance of the experience for the students: “We are working on the material technology subject, in which we discuss steelmaking. This visit provided students with a practical view of the subject. They got to know the entire steel production process, from start to finish, which will contribute a lot to their academic training ”.
