Based on the new paths taken with the beginning of the new coronavirus pandemic, business and training models are being readapted for the digital world. In this sense and always attentive to the opportunities to discuss the new directions of the sector, the managers of the Aço Cearense Group, Cinthia Cavalcanti, Director of Organizational Development and IT, and Vinícius Amanajás, IT Manager, participated in the IT Forum, held from 11 to 13 June, by IT Mídia.
Focusing on the post-pandemic situation, the IT Forum digital edition had as its central theme “The empire of convenience – the digital economy has accelerated, what now?”, Bringing together 300 CIOs from the 1,000 largest Brazilian companies. “This edition of the IT Forum was a new experience for us in terms of the digital world.
We had contacts with suppliers and expanded our network, all in a virtual way. This meeting format helped us to reflect on the current moment we are going through and on the next steps we can take by adopting new technologies to add value to the journey of customers and the company. Everything shows us that technology is also one of the basic needs for business ”, highlights Vinícius Amanajás.
For Director Cinthia Cavalcanti, this adaptation brings new perspectives for business models. “The technology of the digital world was already a reality before the pandemic. But now we are using these formats more and better, and we can, indeed, learn great lessons from that moment, as well as adopt new digital formats breaking paradigms that we insisted on reinforcing”, explains .
