Aço Cearense opens its doors every month for the families of its employees to get to know the company up close. On August 23, 19 people had the opportunity to get to know their family’s workplace.
At each visit, the company’s production process and the employees’ working environment are presented. Zulene Medeiros and her husband Benedito Alves, parents of the Safety Technician at Aço Cearense Industrial Matriz, Arislene Medeiros, highlighted their welcome at Aço Cearense. “We were very well received, the team is to be congratulated for the organization and safety. We really enjoyed the experience”, they commented.
To enroll the family member in the project, the employee must contact the Quality of Life and Benefits area. Through branches: 1649 (Aço Cearense Comercial) and 8454 (Aço Cearense Industrial). The next visit will take place in September and registration can be made until the 14th.
