The edition of Family in Business this month was special in honor of the mothers of employees. To honor these important people, the area of Quality of Life and Benefits has organized a video with messages of love and gratitude from their collaborating children and spouses. At SINOBRAS, the moms were honored with photos. The Family in the Company took place in May in Ceará Industrial Steel, Aço Cearense Comercial and SINOBRAS. At SINOBRAS Florestal, the event will take place on May 30.
Carmen Sousa, Coordinator of Personnel Administration, was the manager who opened the event at Aço Cearense Industrial and told about some of her achievements and challenges as the daughter and mother of two boys and a girl. At SINOBRAS, visitors were welcomed by Roberta Oliveira, Benefits Analyst, who welcomed and talked about the project, and by Elzio Alves, Engineering Planner, who presented the entire production process of the company.
Regina Silva, the mother of Adalberto Nascimento, an employee of IT (Service Desk) of Ceará Commercial Steel, said: “I really enjoyed the visit and admired the growth trajectory of the President so that his descendants succeeded in giving continuity to this work that he conquered with so much effort. May God illuminate more and more the work of all of this company and thank you for the morning we had. ”
Vilma Queiroz, mother of collaborator Laura Queiroz, from the Aço Cearense Institute, also spoke about the visit: “I simply loved knowing the environment that my daughter works! I remembered the school days, which had the children’s homage to their mothers. I did not imagine that SINOBRAS was so great, not to mention that the staff was very affectionate with us. Really enjoyed!”.
This special Mother’s Day edition received 45 participants.
