On the 4th of june, Aline Ferreira, Commercial and Financial Vice-President of the Aço Cearense Group, participated in the 2nd meeting of entrepreneurs supported by the Scale-Up Endeavor acceleration program, held in São Paulo. At the meeting, Aline Ferreira and Gabriela Baumgart, both Ambassadors Endeavor, also had a talk about mindfullness (mental ability control over the experiences, activities and sensations of the present).
Endeavor Scale-up is an acceleration program for entrepreneurs conducted by Endeavor, a global nonprofit organization for entrepreneurship. Acceleration takes place through individual workshops and mentoring with the country’s top leaders. In addition, the program promotes exchanges between participating entrepreneurs and access to the organization’s major events – such as Day1 and the Scale-up Summit. The goal is to form a new generation of examples to foster the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the country.
The entrepreneurs’ meeting was an initiative of the women’s community supported in the 2019 edition and aims to:
– Strengthen the bond between entrepreneurs, identifying synergies between businesses;
– Seek inspiration from each other;
– Encourage personal and professional growth among them;
– Encourage more entrepreneurs to enter the community through nominations.
