Commercial and Financial Vice President of Grupo Aço Cearense, Aline Ferreira, was in charge of the mentoring of Endeavor’s acceleration program

Friday May 17th, 2019

Endeavor, a global organization supporting entrepreneurs, gathered a group of high-growth entrepreneurs for collective mentoring on the morning of May 16 to share experiences and acquire knowledge that can be applied in their own companies. At the head of this mentorship was the Commercial and Financial Vice-President of the Aço Cearense Group, Aline Ferreira, who is also Ambassador Endeavor.

Mentoring is part of Endeavor’s 2018 Scale Up acceleration program that selects high growth companies and offers them a series of tools that stimulate business growth and foster Brazil’s entrepreneurial environment. The executive partner of the Aço Cearense Group, shared with the participants the company’s trajectory, besides giving guidance based on the Group’s 40 years of experience.

The first edition of 2019 of Scale Up counts on the participation of companies from various sectors that have been outstanding in the areas in which they operate. They are: Healthy Longevity, My Everything, Elephant, 7 Cantos, Tapioca Emporium, Fruta, Moov.Watch, Marília Optics and InfoWay. The last two are companies from Maranhão and Piauí, respectively, being the first time the two states are covered by the program. At Scale Up, entrepreneurs identify the challenges of their business and work on these points through mentoring and experience exchanges like these.
