This year, the Aço Cearense Group celebrated its 40th anniversary and, as part of its anniversary celebrations, the “Nossa Gente, Nossa História” project was launched to honor employees with 10, 20, 30 or more years of dedication and daily commitment to the growth of the companies that make up the Group. The recognition event took place on 12/18 at ACC and on 19 at Aço Cearense Industrial.
Employee Gilberto Silva, from the Services area, who has worked at ACC for 12 years, spoke emotionally on behalf of the honored colleagues: “It was here that I had the opportunity to grow professionally and to be a cycling athlete. I have no words to describe my gratitude to everyone who believed, interceded for me, who supported me and still do today. I feel very fulfilled and I can only thank Grupo Aço Cearense, ”said Gilberto.
In November, 125 employees of SINOBRAS and SINOBRAS Florestal were also recognized. In all, 666 employees of the Aço Cearense Group received a personalized shirt with the employee’s name and company time, a certificate and a differentiated badge.
