The 2nd edition of the Coffee with VP was held in June, in Ceará Industrial Steel. Collaborators from various areas of the unit met with Vice Presidents Aline Ferreira and Ian Corrêa for a relaxed and productive chat.
For Roberto Ferreira, from Production Area 1 of Ceará Steel Industrial Matriz, the meeting was very good. “I thought the Café was wonderful and what I realized how important was their simplicity. Although they have a high position within the company, they are simple, have listened to our suggestions, understood our side, passed on the company’s vision in relation to certain subjects and this has brought us comfort and assurance that our participation here has been and is important for the growth of the Group, “he said.

The Coffee with VP will be carried out in all companies of the Aço Cearense Group, according to the agenda of the VPs. The vacancies are limited, with the participation of 10 employees per event. The registrations are made according to the disclosure in the communications channels of the Aço Cearense Group, in each unit.
The next editions will take place in September at SINOBRAS and SINOBRAS Florestal.
