The Director of Organizational Development and IT of the Aço Cearense Group, Cinthia Cavalcanti, was a speaker at Diálogos Supera, an event held in June by the agency Supera, the Group’s partner.
The event presented discussions about the role of communication in times of cultural transformation and the Director talked about the case of Grupo Aço Cearense, with the theme “Organizational Culture: transform or consolidate?”.
