This Thursday (9th), Aline Ferreira, our Commercial and Financial Vice President, participated in Lide Talks, a weekly online event promoted by LIDE Ceará – Multisectoral and multilateral Group of Business Leaders. The event was attended by approximately 100 people.
Together with other business leaders in the State, such as Sérgio Resende (LIDE Ceará), Bruno Girão (Betânea Lácteos) and Vicente Jr (Grupo Servnac), the challenges and new post-pandemic management models were discussed with a portrait of the real economy and how companies are reinventing themselves to emerge even stronger.
For Aline Ferreira, the Covid-19 pandemic should lead us to a reflection: “How will my life change from now on? What mistakes will I stop making? Coronavirus is a very bad problem, but it will pass. Mistakes can last a lifetime. We need to take a look at learning and gratitude, exercising our ability to adapt to this new moment with faith, hope and love ”.
