The vice president of the Aço Cearense Group, Aline Ferreira, led a mentorship for entrepreneurs affiliated to the Group of Business Leaders of Ceará – LIDE Ceará, last Friday (11). On the occasion, she highlighted the challenges she faced throughout her career as an entrepreneur. The meeting was coordinated by the president of LIDE Ceará, Emília Buarque, and by the director of LIDE Mulher, Luciana Colares.
Aline Ferreira spoke about the trajectory of his father Vilmar Ferreira, founder of the Group, the growth of companies, the challenges of succession and his management at the head of the Commercial and Financial Vice Presidency. She said that she had to demonstrate her ability, going through several areas of the company until she reached his current position. In addition to being vice president of the group, Aline Ferreira is director of Lide Indústria Ceará and ambassador of Endeavor Brasil (a leading organization in support of high impact entrepreneurs around the world). Her curriculum includes a degree in Business Administration from UNIFOR, Extension courses for the Development of Counselors Program (FDC) and Management Training Program (FA7 / IPL Institute). She is an executive with solid experience in steel and metallurgy, team development and administrative and commercial management.
