Knowing the work place of family members is an action that brings closer and strengthens the employee’s ties with the workplace. From this, Aço Cearense puts into practice the Family in the Company project, where employees have the opportunity to take their families to get to know the company. On January 24th, the industry opened its doors to receive 21 visitors through the project.
The visit, which lasted one afternoon, began with an institutional presentation and continued so that participants could learn about the production process and the company’s commercial area. The project is carried out by the Human Resources area and has five more visits scheduled for this year. According to Adriana Bianqui, HR manager at Grupo Aço Cearense, the project brings many benefits to the company. “Bringing family members into the professional environment produces a sense of pride in our employees. It is a way for them to share a little of their experience in the company with their family. This project adds a lot to our daily lives, as the employee feels more integrated , which also helps in the production process,” says the manager.
Tamires Quintino, wife of employee João Pedro Fraga, from the Automotive area, really enjoyed the visit. “I had wanted to get to know Aço Cearense for some time, I only knew it outside, but today I had this opportunity. I was very well received and I’m really enjoying it”, said the visitor.
