Good stories need to be shared, mainly as a source of inspiration for training professionals and new entrepreneurs. For this purpose, the president of the Aço Cearense Group, Vilmar Ferreira, and the commercial and financial vice president, Aline Ferreira, were at Unifametro, last Wednesday (4), to share with the students and teachers the trajectory of the Group who recently turned 40 years old. The entrepreneurs participated in the opening of the semester of the College’s Administration course with the lecture An entrepreneurial trajectory, showing the case of Grupo Aço Cearense.
Vilmar and Aline Ferreira told the students of the institution a little of their journey of courage, entrepreneurship and success, from when the family left the countryside to Fortaleza, until they became managers of a Group that today has four companies and an institute with operations in the Ceará, Pará and Tocantins: Cearense Comercial Steel, Cearense Industrial Steel, SINOBRAS, SINOBRAS Florestal and Instituto Aço Cearense. The Aço Cearense Group operates in the steel market in a sustainable manner with dynamism and excellence, being the regional leader in the sector and maintaining a portfolio of 16 thousand active customers across the country.
