In order to provide students with a technical vision of future professions, Grupo Aço Cearense received two visits to its companies on the morning of August 30th.
At SINOBRAS Ronaldo Brito (Environment Technician) and Paulo Almeida (Occupational Safety Technician) accompanied 25 students from the Occupational Safety and Environmental Management courses, from Uniasselvi, and Environmental Technician, from the Vale dos Carajás Technical School. At ACI Rossana Lopes (HR Analyst) and Nilson Lima (Occupational Safety Engineer) presented the company to 20 students from the Administration course at Unifametro.
“The visit expanded my vision not only in relation to safety, but also in terms of environmental management and product quality. I could see that, in addition to investing in these items, SINOBRAS is also concerned with the well-being of its employees”, said Saulo Pereira, a student in the Occupational Safety course at Uniasselvi.
Regina Filgueiras, professor of the Administration course at Unifametro, also said: “The students were delighted with the organization, with the seriousness of Aço Cearense Industrial, with the values. It was an extremely rich morning, in which they had the opportunity to have contact with the reality of what they only see in theory. I really appreciate the receptivity and hope to have the opportunity to bring other students. The company is to be congratulated for the seriousness of the work!”.
