The 2017 Internal Sales Meeting took place in September, in the auditorium of Aço Cearense Comercial. The event was held for around 100 people, including internal salespeople, managers and directors.
The Sales Meeting was a mix of integration and information about the business, related to the day-to-day life of the Commercial area and was attended by President Vilmar Ferreira, Vice President of Operations, Ian Corrêa, Vice President of Sales and Finance , Aline Ferreira, from the Commercial Director, Paulo Martins, from the Sales Managers, Expedito Jovino, Amanda Feijó and Newton Júnior.
With a very diversified schedule that lasted 8 hours, the Meeting provided sales professionals with information about the steel market, tax updates, stainless steel sales rules, company logistics and adaptations in the registration, credit and collection areas for the new market scenario. The subjects were presented by speakers Rafael Freitas (Special Markets), Gilberto Andrade and Erik Mendes (Logistics), Ailomar Araújo (Credit and Collection) and Diego Angelim (Tax). The audience also attended the motivational lectures given by the company Vox Líderes.
Paulo Martins said that the Sales Meeting was opportune for the integration of the teams. “Our meeting was intended to improve the knowledge of the participants, in addition to providing the areas that maintain daily contact with a moment for integration. We noticed the heating in the national economy and that’s why we set out to train our salespeople and also encourage them for this phase of business growth. The event was very beneficial for everyone who participated and we will still have other activities with the team”.
