Once again, Grupo Aço Cearense is among the largest companies in Brazil, according to the special edition of Valor 1000 magazine. Rising 32 positions in relation to the previous year, the Group ranked 260th, and also reached the 16th position among the 50 largest companies in the Northeast of Brazil.
The Valor 1000 yearbook is a respected and consolidated publication that ranks the country’s large companies. Besides using net revenue as a parameter for ranking the thousand largest, the publication adopts the most current accounting performance measurement criteria, such as value generation, measured by the EBITDA margin, net equity, and debt management.
The criteria used by Valor 1000 have the endorsement of the Business School of the Getúlio Vargas Foundation in São Paulo and Serasa Experian, partners of the publication.
