The “De Coração para Coração – Fome Não” campaign is raising funds for the purchase of basic baskets that will be donated to needy families in the states of Ceará, Pará and Tocantins, where the Group’s companies are located: Aço Cearense Industrial, Aço Cearense Commercial, SINOBRAS and SINOBRAS Forestry. In this sense, the institution has intensified the campaign in recent days to benefit the largest number of people.
The president of Instituto Aço Cearense, Rosemeire Matos, explains that in addition to the health crisis, many people are going through a serious crisis of food insecurity, which made the Institute idealize the campaign. “We have been carrying out social projects for 11 years, and since March 2020 we have been intensifying actions due to the impact of the pandemic. We have already assigned oxygen cylinders, donated tons of food, masks, school kits, Covid-19 tests, medicines, cleaning supplies and personal hygiene, now we are calling the attention of society so that together we can help more people ” , he points out.
To participate is very simple, just access the institutoacocearense.com.br website and donate by pix or bank transfer. Donations can be made until May 20. Instituto Aço Cearense will also include an additional financial contribution for the purchase of more basic food baskets.
