The new portal went live this month and is one of the company’s main channels of communication with customers, the press and society.
Created by the agency Atratis Digital, the website provides institutional content and other relevant information on strategic topics for the company, gathering in one channel the data and news of the four companies of the Group, which are located in Ceará, Pará and Tocantins, in addition to from the Aço Cearense Institute, which is responsible for all the Group’s social actions. Cinthia Cavalcanti, director of organizational development and IT for the Aço Cearense Group, says that the project was created with the objective of having one more point of connection with the external public. “Before, each company in the Group had its website, and we realized that unifying all information on a single platform would be more practical for our customers and partners. The idea is to offer users more agility, innovation, and dynamism, making navigation more intuitive, making content to be found more easily and quickly ”, she explains.
The new website gathers, on its homepage, in addition to information related to the Group and its companies, a direct link to the blog where the user will have access to exclusive content, all the news published in the media and a chat in which the Internet user can speak directly to a company customer service.
